The User further affirms that he is a major and competent to Contract.

We act as a platform where service providers and users in need of services connect together with the intention of forming a professional relationship. We do not control and do not provide any assurance that a user will always find a service provider on the platform. Corpfilings plays no role whatsoever for finalising a service provider to a User and does not become a party to any agreement between the service providers and the users and service providers shall be solely responsible to check the bonafide of each other.
Corpfilings does not act as an agent of lawyers or other service providers. It only acts as an interlink between them. Corpfilings does not agree to enter into advocate-client relations with the user, and any unilateral communication from the user’s side shall not be deemed to create any such relationship between the user and Corpfilings.

The Corpfilings platform does not intend to solicit customers seeking legal advice and does not advertise the services of any lawyers. Corpfilings may also block specific IP addresses and stop access to all its services if the Corpfilings has reason to believe that the particular IP addresses are violating the agreement or working against the interest of the Corpfilings.
This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, entire agreement with respect to the use of all or any of the service being provided by Corpfilings. If any portion of these terms and conditions are found to be ultra vires by any competent court of law, then only such provision shall be invalid, and it shall not affect the validity of the other terms and conditions contained in the agreement.
Corpfilings can, at its will and sole discretion, reserve the right to amend or discontinue, either temporarily or permanently, any of the services being provided by the Corpfilings without any prior intimation to the Users or any third party.
The user understands and agrees that Corpfilings may immediately delete any data and files in the user's account and prevent any further access to such files or Services at any point in time without giving any prior intimation.
Although we try our best to provide users with experiences to the best of professional standards but, the Users agree that certain things may not be in complete control of the Corpfilings. Computer viruses may be planted on the website by third parties with malafide intentions, which have the potential to harm the computer system and sensitive information of the Users visiting the Corpfilings Website. The user agrees not to blame or put liability on the Corpfilings for any such unfortunate event as we cannot directly control cyber-attacks or malware attacks on our website. Therefore, Corpfilings holds no liability whatsoever to users who may face some damages due to malware while browsing the site or taking Corpfilings services.
Further, user agrees to use Corpfilings services at its own risk. All the services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. All the Users voluntarily agree that any issues arising out of the construction, interpretation, and performance of this Privacy Policy and any disputes concerning the same shall be first settled through mediation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through mediation within a period of 30 days, then the parties hereby agree that the dispute shall be resolved through the process of Arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended on a timely basis. The Arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of Arbitration shall be in New Delhi, India. The Parties will be governed and regulated by laws of India and the Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute which may arise between the parties.
Corpfilings is owned and managed by Corpfilings INC and all the rights, interest, contents, provided on the website is sole intellectual property of the Corpfilings. No materials can be copied and/or republished or distributed, even with due credit, without prior written authorisation from the Corpfilings.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Corpfilings and the User and is a complete statement of terms and conditions between the parties. Corpfilings may modify or amend the terms and conditions in compliance with the legal and other compliances at its sole discretion and the users are agrees that they are duty bound to check the terms and conditions from time to time. Further, this agreement supersedes and replaces all previous agreements made between the Corpfilings and the User, if any. A user who is not willing to accept the terms and conditions is requested not to use the Corpfilings website or any of its services.
The Users agrees and consents to indemnify Corpfilings and/or its representatives against any loss, claims, or liabilities, damages, loss, or expenses arising directly out of the Users actions in using the Corpfilings’ website and/or its services.

Corpfilings makes every effort to provide the availed service to the customers to the best of professional standards within the agreed timelines provided separately for each service. However, if Corpfilings cannot deliver the agreed services to the Customer due to any unavoidable reason on the part of Corpfilings, then the Customer shall be entitled to a 100% refund, which shall be subject to the following conditions:
The Refund shall be considered only when there is a clear, visible deficiency with the services provided by the Corpfilings.
Once the Corpfilings has started working on the availed services by a Customer and the Customer chooses not to proceed with the availed services due to any reason like a change of mind, then the Corpfilings shall not be liable to refund any amount received as there is no deficiency of services on the part of Corpfilings.
However, Corpfilings may grant a credit to the Customer, which can be used in part or whole by the Customer for any future service order made to the Corpfilings within a period of the next 6 months.
No refund or credit request by the Customer shall be considered and summarily rejected after the Corpfilings has completed the work on the availed services by the Customer and the same has been informed to the Customer through any mode of communication.
The Corpfilings shall approve any legitimate and genuine refund or credit request within a period of 7 days and shall intimate the same to the Customer via registered mobile number and e-mail.
Any approved refund shall be made to the original payment method or instrument used to make the initial purchase within a period of 7 working days.
