DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION

All the Users voluntarily agrees that any issues arising out of construction, interpretation and performance of this Privacy Policy and any disputes concerning the same shall be first settled through the process of mediation. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through mediation within a period of 30 days, then the parties hereby agree that the dispute shall be resolved through the process of Arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 as amended from time to time. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of Arbitration shall be at New Delhi, India. The Parties will be governed by laws of India and the Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute which may arise between the parties.
